How far in advance do I need to book items?

While there is no hard deadline to book our products and services, we do tend to get most bookings for the peak summer months by mid-spring. For destination weddings that require our team to travel, the further in advance the better!

What is “Scullery Service” and what does it include?

We perform on-site scullery service for our table top items. That means that we take back dirty plates, utensils, and glassware after a meal, and we repackage the dirty items to take back to our facility to clean and sanitize for the next use. We literally take care of all the dirty work! This service is extremely beneficial for venues that have no established kitchen with a dishwasher and running water. Most rental companies require users to return their tabletop items cleaned, which can cause issues when the venue is in a field in the middle of the mountains. Our service provides you with flexibility and peace of mind that one less this has to be arranged on the day of the event.

Do you offer your services for destination weddings?

Absolutely! Our team is happy to travel to destinations throughout Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming to be a part of your event. Please contact us for information on travel rates and items available for destination locations.

Do you work with brides or only wedding planners?

We work with event planners and their teams to ensure the seamless addition of our products into the entire event plan.

Can I have the furniture outside?

The TOP's non-tabletop items, specifically furniture, are meant to be indoors or under a tent to protect materials and surfaces from the weather. Should a client place furniture and non-tabletop items outside without covers, they assume the risk if damages occur, and full replacement fees will be charged.

Can I just rent your bars and not your barware?

Yes! If barware is rented through an alternate vendor, please ensure the delivery window for all bars is set at least two hours prior to the bar service arrival to allow for set up and assembly of the bar units.
